Design Project: Dallas, TX WFH Solution
The Lake Highlands and Lochwood neighborhoods in Dallas, TX are as hot as ever which has produced a number of design projects with clients that want to maximize the space they already live in. This project focused on a small back room that was so odd in size that it became a junk room.

PROJECT SCOPE
Office/guest room with a Murphy bed solution
PROJECT CHALLENGES
The largest limiting factor was the room size. With dimensions of 8ft x 14ft even a full size bed would feel too tight. So we decided to maximize the small space with a twin sized Murphy bed and a built-in nightstand. On the other side of the bed, we added a closet for storage. The closet was also strategic because now the room can be classified as a 4th bedroom if the homeowners ever wanted to sell.
